Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Construction of improvements on Galloway Street between Luster Avenue and Lone Pine Avenue. The construction project will include widening Galloway Street with curb and gutter and stormwater conveyance as well as adding sidewalks and bicycle infrastructure. As of March 18, 2024, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2028 CIP. The project will be going out for bid in April 2024, with construction Summer 2024. Completion will be 16-24 months, late 2025 - mid 2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
