Access and work for each manhole will require construction mats. Raise 11 manholes to insure that top is 2 feet above the 100 year flood elevation. Clean and line 9 manholes using cured in place method. Replace 5 manholes; and clean and do televised inspection on 3,100 feet of the 30 inch sewer pipe prior to rehabilitation. Rehabilitate approximately 3,100 feet of 30 inch sewer pipe using cured in place pipe to line the old pipe. Perform televised inspection of 3100 feet of pipe after rehabilitation to insure CIPP rehabilitation was successful. An email response confirming registration will be sent within one business day. All bids will require a performance bond and a payment bond at time of contract execution (not required as part of the bid package). This project will require a bid bond as it is estimated to cost more than $250,000 and therefore will be formally bid. It is the responsibility of the bidders to insure that his/her bid is received before the hour given above. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days of the date of bid opening.
