On October 14, 2019, Charlotte City Council approved a contract for up to $1,600,000 with HDR Engineering Inc. of the Carolinas for the wastewater master plan. Charlotte Water is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Professional Engineering Services for the Wastewater Master Plan Project. The requirements for submitting a Statement of Qualifications are stated in the attached Request for Qualifications. Please review them carefully. Charlotte Water (CLTWater) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms (Firm) to deliver a Wastewater Master Plan (Project) in order to provide a system conveyance and treatment roadmap for near-term and long-term system needs. The goal of the master plan is to utilize previous basin studies and other reports or current information to assist Charlotte Water staff in prioritizing the capital improvement recommendations or need and opportunities at the basin-level which will focus our community investment programming on the most important items. Last Day for Questions June 18, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. SOQ Packages Due June 27, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. The City of Charlotte appreciates your interest in providing professional services for this project.
