Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to the City of Parkers Prairie for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids, which best serve the interests of the Owner.
