Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Nicolet, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 2,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Construction of a service pavilion and a footbridge: demolition of the building located at 30 Rue Notre Dame, Nicolet; construction of a pedestrian walkway along Louis-François-Pinard and 12-Novembre streets, as well as on a portion of Curé-Brassard street, for an approximate distance of 250 m . Nicolet TIMELINE: Contract for architectural services was awarded following request for proposals # 401-200-21349-2. Reference # 20041111. Design is expected to be completed in early 2026. Construction is expected to start in spring, 2026. Further updates in early 2026.
