Lvt flooring with carpet removal, to furnish all labor, materials.: remove all carpet, pad, tack strip and glued down vinyl in designated areas. Dispose of all materials removed (off site in accordance with alabama dept. Of environmental management rules and regulations). Prepare slab / subfloor to accommodate new lvt where required deliver all new lvt and new materials (to include glue and any other materials required for the installation) install new lvt (per manufactures best practice recommendations and make ready for use by the adoc). Install new wood quarter round molding (primed and painted white) in all areas of new lvt to include removing and returning all furniture and cleanup of all debris. Manufacture sample must be provided to the agency for approval prior to award. Add 5% overage to be left at job site to replace damaged lvt in future.
