The main Data Center housing the Alpha, Bravo and Charlie data rows will be reduced by 50% of the current BTUH load. 3. Demolition of existing systems as required by design. 4. The CRAC unit in the SAN room will also be replaced. The new units will also have a "dual" coil approach where the chiller water from the main building will be utilized for cooling during occupied mode and the DX coil for cooling during unoccupied modes. e) The conversion of the storage space to additional office space will require the installation of a new AHU to replace the current AHU-2A, which cannot handle the new additional load required. Three new Variable Air Volume units will be installed to supply condition air to the cubicle space and to better control the temperature and humidity. f) Implement the design for ceiling and lighting replacement in the data center proper and office space. g) Seal the underfloor wall between the data center and the new cubicles. h) Provide all the Electrical and Plumbing upgrades necessary to implement the systems and the installation of a new FM200 fire sprinkler system in the Data Center and SAN room. 5.
