Nano filtration Membrane Element Replacement (Furnish and Install).Each bid requires a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Pompano Beach, Florida, in an amount not less than 5 percent (5%) of the amount bid. Bidder shall upload a copy of their bid bond or a copy of the certified check to the Response Attachments tab in the eBid System. The awarded bidder will be required to submit the original executed bid bond or cashiers check prior to the execution of the contract and before the commencement of any work.Question Cutoff Date :6/19/2019 05:00 PM (ET) City Performance and Payment Bond forms are to be used by awarded bidder for incorporation in the construction contract. The required goal for this bid is 15 % for Local Vendor participation.
