A3 B3 Feeder Cable Replacement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Loma Linda VA Health Care System (LLVAHCS) has a requirement for the construction services to replace the A3 B3 Feeder 350MCM Cable at the Loma Linda VA Medical Center. The intent of the procurement is to award a firm-fixed price construction contract. Work includes, but is not limited to the task outlined in Statement of Work (SOW), which defines the effort required for the completion of work. The Government will not reimburse the firm for their proposal preparation cost. Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings will be issued as attachments to the solicitation. The Loma Linda VA Health Care System (LLVAHCS) Facilities Management Service Department requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, qualified supervision, engineering, and services for construction services to replace the A3 B3 Feeder 350MCM Cable. This notice is issued by NCO-22 Gilbert, Located in Phoenix Arizona. However, work be performed at the following VA facility: LOMA LINDA VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (LLVAHCS): VAMC: 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357 as a Total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS code) for this procurement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. Small Business concerns for this NAICS code have a size standard of $15M.A The resulting contract will be a firm fixed construction contract. The period of performance of the contract is intended to be 21 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with no options included. The anticipated Range of Magnitude for this project, in accordance with VAAR 836.204 is projected to be: Between $250,000 and $500,000. It is anticipated that a Solicitation will be issued in June 2019. It is strongly recommended that interested parties register in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz database and the Small Business Administration (SBA) database. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE OTHER THAN WHAT IS NOTED HEREIN.
