Renovation of an educational facility in Geneva, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION BUDGET:$2.5M-$2.6M The scope of work shall include interior renovations of roughly 900 SF on the first floor and roughly 7,000 SF on the second floor. Work will include but not limited to: a. Install a new full building sprinkler system b. Provide a new HVAC system that will serve the project area as well as the existing Staff meeting room. c. Construct two (2) new ADA compliant toilet rooms with multiple stalls and one (1) ADA compliant single occupant toilet room on the first floor. d. Renovate Classrooms 1 and 2 and construct a new Gathering/Reception area on the second floor. e. Convert room B03 into a new Mechanical Room, install a new HVAC system to serve the project areas, and provide new railings and finishes on the existing stairs in the basement. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid All on-line information is available 24/7 for your convenience. Work shall start within ten (10) calendar days after OSC contract approval and Owner written notice to proceed and shall be completed within one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days.
