Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Coral Gables, Florida. Completed plans call for the expansion of a primary / secondary education facility.
The Work of this Contract comprises the Additions and Renovations to Coral Gables Senior High School at 450 Bird Road Coral Gables, FL 33146. A. Description: Project consists of an approximately Project consists of the complete demolition of Building 06, partial demolition of Building 07 and construction of a new approximately 34,500 SF 2-story Addition, a new approximately 1-story 3,500 square foot Chiller Plant and PE building, and associated site and infrastructure improvements. Also included in the project is the complete replacement of the existing campus Chiller Plant and electrical service. This will be replaced at the new single story Chiller Plant building. All existing buildings will be re-connected to chilled water and electrical power. Since the facility is currently occupied, all improvements, including the demolition of existing buildings, construction of the new additions, new chiller and electrical service, and related sitework will be phased.
