As of July 2021, construction is underway. The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as Owner, on behalf of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (BOR) and the University of Georgia ("UGA"), is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing construction management at-risk services for a project known as Project J-349, Interdisciplinary STEM Research Building Phase II at the University of Georgia located in Athens, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Some firms which respond to this RFQ, and who are determined by the Owner to be especially qualified, may be deemed eligible and may be invited to offer proposals for these services.
