Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is accepting bids for the Kings Bluff Raw Water Transmission Main project. Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, approximately 14 miles of 54-inch raw water transmission main, valves, and associated appurtenances. Bids will only be accepted from pre-qualified contractors. The following Contractors have successfully met the requirements of the pre-qualification process and are the only Contractors that bids will be accepted from: 1. Garney Construction 2. State Utility Contractors, Inc. 3. Oscar Renda Contracting, Inc. 4. Ruby-Collins, Inc. 5. Thalle Construction Co., Inc. 6. S. J. Louis Construction of Texas, Ltd. 7. Reynolds Construction, LLC.
