This project will deliver enhancements to West Broad Street in the Hilltop from the City’s western corporation limit just east of Wilson Road to Terrace Avenue. A streetscape project was completed on W. Broad Street between Terrace Avenue and Highland Avenue in 2016. This new project will pick up at the western terminus of the previous streetscape with improved sidewalks, traffic signals, crosswalks, street lighting, and street trees. Upgrades to the traffic signals, crosswalks, and street lighting within the limits of the 2016 project will also be performed. As of May 17, 2022, this project has been put on hold. Per the owner, this may be merged into a larger project.
