Site work for a mixed-use development in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

This solicitation is for the construction of the 13 acre Municipal Solid Waste (Class 3) Landfill Cell 5 Liner at the Bees Ferry Landfill. The work includes providing and installing the following: compacted clay liner from an off-site borrow source, geosynthetic clay liner, 60-mil HDPE, geocomposite, operational cover soil, geosynthetic rain cover, leachate pump station, leachate pumps, instrumentation/controls, and seeding Charleston County Council has amended its Procurement Ordinance to include a mandatory Small Business Enterprise (SBE) subcontract requirement on most procurements and contracts.
