Brothers,Inc. amount of $450,651.55 . 2018 Road Improvement Program The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes roadway reconstruction, drainage and water system improvements as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents.The provided Bid Packet must be completed in the manner designated in the Contract Documents, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder and the name of the Project on the outside and must be addressed to the Borough of Matawan. Also, Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "The Borough of Matawan" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required.
