Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Minnetrista, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 11,100 S Y Edge Mill Bituminous Pavement (4-foot) 3,400 TON Bituminous Overlay Paving 400 L F Bituminous Curb 10 S Y Concrete Flume 1000 S Y Bituminous Pavement Removal (Alternate 1) 220 C Y Common Excavation and Class 5 (Alternate 1) 250 TON Bituminous Patching (Alternate 1) 500 S Y Bituminous Trail Pavement Removal (Alternate 2) 90 TON Bituminous Trail Paving (Alternate 2) The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Shorewood shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated on the Bid Form. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who purchase Bidding Documents as specified above. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
