Renovation of an educational facility in Cary, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of site improvements at and around two modular buildings on the east end of the school campus. The improvements include installation of a catch-basin, regrading to improve drainage away from the buildings, placement of sod and other landscaping materials, and installation of new crawlspace skirting at the building perimeters. Bidding Documents include this Invitation to Bid, and the following attached forms: Form of Proposal, sample contract, Sales Tax Report, School Access Requirements, MBE forms, and Board of Education Policies. The bidding documents also include the plans and specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of bids. All requirements and obligations of the Bidding Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Bidder upon award of the contract. Each Bidder by submitting their Bid represents that they have read and understand that Bidding Documents and their Bid are made in accordance therewith; and the Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms and requirements set forth in the Bidding and Contract Documents; that they have visited the site, have familiarized their self with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed herein, and has correlated their observations with the requirements of the proposed Contract Documents.
