The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking written statements of qualifications from consulting firms with expertise in sewer, and civil design. The City of Bellingham ("City") is soliciting for statements of qualifications (Invitation No. 48B-2019) from consulting firms interested in providing professional design services for the Horton and W. Bakerview Lift Stations (EU0183) project. This project consists of development of design and permit documentation for construction of upgrades associated with both the Horton Lift Station and the West Bakerview Lift Station. A preliminary engineering analysis dedicated to each station will be completed prior to final selection of the preferred alternative. Services, including professional engineering services, and construction engineering and/or administration, may be added/removed from the contract contingent upon funding availability and project needs.
