Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Missouri City, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project (Project) consists of the design and construction of the expansion and rehabilitation of the Mustang Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant (MB WWTP) located on property owned by the City at 3650 Trammel Fresno Road, Fresno, TX 77545. Estimated construction budget for this project is approximately $ 6.7 million dollars. Any inquiries regarding the Project or information contained in this RFP must be submitted in writing to Alan A. Phillips, CIP Procurement Specialist, alan.phillips@missouricitytx.gov, not later than Monday, December 2, 2019, 5:00 p.m. Phone calls will not be accepted. A five (5%) percent bid security is required and shall be based on the total of estimated Pre-Construction Services Only.
