Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project (Project) consists of the design and construction of the expansion and rehabilitation of the Mustang Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant (MB WWTP) located on property owned by the City at 3650 Trammel Fresno Road, Fresno, TX 77545. Estimated construction budget for this project is approximately $ 6.7 million dollars. Any inquiries regarding the Project or information contained in this RFP must be submitted in writing to Alan A.
