Site work for a mixed-use development in Lawrence Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The bid shall provide for selective removal and installation of sidewalk (1,460 sy), curb (2,515 If), and driveway aprons (630 sy) at various locations. Work also includes installation of reinforced concrete pads at Central Park, Veteran's Park, Public Works and Lawrenceville Fire Station and reconstruction of existing trench drains at Public Works and the Lawrenceville Fire Station as set forth in specifications. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on July 19, 2019. Construction shall commence on or about August 1,2019. The completion of the project shall be sixty (60) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed by October 31, 2019. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C, 17:27 -1 et seq.
