Purpose: Veterans Health Care Services of the Ozarks (VHSO)| Construct New Water Storage Facility | Project# 564-19-101. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 237110- Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction (size standard of $45M). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published. This source sought notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes. Project Scope Summary: The Contractor must furnish all construction management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, consumables, parts, and related services to construct a new 600,000-gallon elevated water tank located northeast of Building 9, including duplex water pumps, water piping, an emergency generator, a chlorine recirculation system for the tank, and demo the existing Water Tower Bldg. 39. Work shall be performed at the VHSO Main Campus located at 1100 N. College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72703.
