**As of December 29, 2021, this project has been awarded to the following contractors: - abatement bid by Petty Group in the amount of $143,320.00 - demolition bid by Pro Quality in the amount of $277,000.00 Bid Package No. A - Abatement - estimate is $290,000.00. Bid Package No. B - Demolition - estimate is $460,000.00. To be considered, proposals must be made on the forms furnished with the Construction Documents, and must contain the name of every person interested therein. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond (per section 153.571 (ORC) in the amount of (100%) of the highest aggregate amount of the base bid plus all add alternates submitted by the bidder, or a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of that bid. The Parma City School District reserves the right to waive informalities, to accept or reject any and all or parts of any and all bids, in whole or part or any combination thereof or award the contract to other than the lowest bidder. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the closing time and receipt of bids. This notice is published in the Plain Dealer. It is also published on the internet web site of the Parma City School District https://www.parmacityschools.org/ and can be accessed by a link on the home page of the web site.
