Project was awarded to Circle 3, LLC of Ventnor, NJ for a base bid of $181,500.00 and an alternate #1 bid price of $8,000.00 for a grand total of $189,500.00. Bids will be received for the following: Contract 1: Renovations to Eatontown Senior Center All Work Project # 18-02068 Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18:A-26, in order to be eligible to submit a Bid for the Project, the Bidder shall be classified by the NJ Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) as of the date and time of the bod opening in the following discipline: C008 General Construction C009 General Construction/Alterations and Additions Additionally, as of the date of bid opening, if the Bidder is not classified by the DPMS in the following disciplines, Bidder shall contract with a subcontractor that is classified by the DPMC in the following disciplines, and such subcontractors shall be listed in the bid and documentation provided as required by the bid instructions and applicable law. C030 Plumbing; and C032 HVACR; and C047 Electrical All questions shall be directed to Larry Chu, RA. The Borough is not responsible for late delivery by any carrier. Late bids will not be accepted. This contract will be awarded by the Borough through a public bidding process complying with the requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-2 et seq. as well as with the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The Borough does not release pre-bid meeting lists or planholders lists prior to the bid opening. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of the NJ Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective January 1, 1964. During the performance of this contract, the Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (17:27), all requirements of Affirmative Action N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. all requirements of the State of NJ Worker Health and Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 12:110 et seq.) as amended and the United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (29 CFR 1910), as amended with regard to worker and jobsite safety.
