Replacement; of Damaged Areas of the 5th Floor Topping Slab 2. Replacement of the 5th Floor Expansion Joints (Four) 3. Epoxy Grout and Seal of Cracks at Helices (Two Bridges) 4. Replacement, of the Water-proofing Membranes in the Quick Turn Around (,qta; Aka Car Wash) Areas Qta 4 and Qta 2. 5. Replace Asphalt :driveway From S. 160th Street.. 6. Replace Existing Perimeter Fence With a 10' No Climb Fence and Install Two Pedestrian Access Gate With Exit Only Turnstiles. 7. Reseal the Employee and Visi-tor Parking Lot on the 5th Floor. 8. Perimeter Landscaping. The Engineers Estimate Range for This Project Is $3,000,000 - $6,000,000. If You Cross a Bridge and Must; Turn on Air Cargo Road You Have Gone Too Far. On Host, Road You Will See a Sign for Washington Memorial Park on Your Left. Side.
