Site work for a water / sewer project in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of South Lawrence Valve Replacement. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All bids submitted shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 30, 39M. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This contract is subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates & OSHA Certification. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the city.
