The State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA), Division of Procurement Services (DPS), Office of State Procurement (OSP), on behalf of the South Carolina Relic Room and Military Museum, seeks to solicit offers from qualified contractors to fabricate and install the pre-designed exhibit, "South Carolina in Vietnam" in approximately 2,330 square foot Cistern Gallery located inside the South Carolina Relic Room & Military Museum. Contractor is to provide a complete exhibit system, environment, and experience. Work includes cases, cabinetry, tactile experiences, AV hardware, AV enclosures, graphic panels, and custom artifact mounts. The awarded contractor will provide "turn-key" services to produce and install an exhibit that will immerse the visitor in the experiences of Military personnel in Vietnam during the Vietnam war as planned and directed in Attachment 3 Temporary Exhibition- South Carolina Relic Room & Military Museum- Project Manual and Attachment 4 Exhibits, Graphics and Media- South Carolina in Vietnam.
