Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,800-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

**As of September 11, 2019, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The project consists of a 3,800 sf renovation on the First Level of an existing hospital facility along with associated work on the floor below and in adjacent areas. The project includes: renovation of the clinical program (Type "B" occupancy) to the north infill building (adjacent to the chiller plant), and the renovation of the office program (Type "I2" occupancy) to a nearby portion of the original building. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: demolition of existing areas, general construction, and upgrades to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with replacement of the glass and glazing in the exterior windows of the clinic area. There is no other exterior work as part of this project.
