The cbsa crystal city port basement had water infiltration and a contractor is required to thoroughly clean and disinfect the basement floor and stairs. The basement walls and floor are concrete with the stairs made of wood. The furnace ducting will also require thorough scrubbing and cleaning. The contractor is responsible for removing all items from the basement that are not fixed or secured down and upon completion of the required tasks move the items back into the basement. We require a biological cleaning agent (spore based) to be used on the floor. The walls require a product that reduces mildew and odours.
