Answers to questions regarding this Bid will be posted to the website, by close of business on June 25, 2019. A. The intent of this project is to improve circulation and flow of the pre-function spaces of the King Center for the Performing Arts while replacing and updating the interior finishes. B. Within this scope of work, the existing first floor bar areas will be relocated to improve queuing and circulation. Existing furnishings, finishes and signage at the first floor lobby and the second floor Crown Club will be replaced. C. A security vestibule will be added to the front of the building to relocate existing security equipment outside of the main circulation path alleviating congestion. D. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing modifications to support the above objectives are included in this scope of work.
