Renovation of a medical facility in Brothers, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 6,700-square-foot medical facility.
To provide Design Services for the Sandy Health Clinic Project. The clinic will utilize an existing vacant structure that is approximately 6,700 sf in size and is placed on an estimated .25 acre (10,890 sf). No Proposals will be received or considered after that time. In the award of the contract, the Board of County Commissioners will consider the element of time, will accept the Proposal or Proposals which in their estimation will best serve the interests of Clackamas County and will reserve the right to award the contract to the contractor who's Proposal shall be best for the public good.
