Site work and renovation of a civil project in Kelowna, British Columbia. Working plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel.
Replacement of the KLO Road bridge at Mission Creek located in Southeast Kelowna; safety and performance improvements to the adjacent intersection at Spiers Road, and associated utility improvements. The project, which will also see a roundabout built just east of where the bridge crosses Mission Creek, BC. TIMELINE: The City of Kelowna is hosting an information session about the future replacement of the bridge on KLO Road. Design is ongoing. The project is pending grant funding availability. Construction work is set to begin in 2025 and the project is expected to finish in 2026. Interim improvements may be made to the existing bridge to extend its life until that time. Further update in late spring, 2025.
