Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Prequalification Required: Y. Pre-Bid Meeting Information: No pre-bid meeting. Project involves installation of two valve vaults containing hydraulic control valves, 12-inch watermain, associated electrical work, erosion control, asphalt pavement repair, and lawn restoration. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Racine Water Utility and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Bid proposals from Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Emerging Business Enterprise (EBE), Small Businesses Enterprise (SBA), Service Disabled Veteran and or Veteran-owned Business (SDV/SVB), are encouraged. The Racine Water and Wastewater Utility reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids.
