The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of new boilers, piping, and air handling equipment in buildings 633, 634. 635, 636, 637, 638, 639, and 640. Work includes new gas fired boilers, concrete pads, removal and installation of interior building ceilings, new air handling equipment, connection to existing piping and duct systems, and electrical connections. This procurement is classified as an Special Trade Construction procurement under the CPA rule and therefore has a statewide annual HUB utilization goal of 32.9% per fiscal year.
