The work is generally described as follows: This project involves the rehabilitation and marking of Taxiway A and its connectors (A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4, and A-5). This taxiway system connects aircraft to the main terminal ramp at Taxiway B with Taxiway C and D connecting to variety of business and hangars throughout the airport. Primarily, this project will address the rehabilitation of Taxiway A and all the access taxiways / runway connectors A1, A2, A4, and A5 east of the hold short markings and portions of Taxiways B, C, and D. The work will consist of sealing all joints and cracks in the asphalt pavement, placing an asphalt surface treatment on the identified taxiways, and repainting the markings and applying reflectorized glass beads to meet FAA standards and Part 139 certification requirements. In addition, the project will include the rehabilitation of two of the existing drainage culverts beneath Runway 18 / 36.
