Site work and addition to a medical facility in Oromocto, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the addition of a 43,200-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Phase 1 of the Project specifically includes the following elements: .1 Building substructure, including foundations, and excavation .2 Building superstructure limited to the structural frame, and floor assemblies. .3 Modifications to existing building superstructure structural frame including below grade and above grade components. .4 Selective site demolition, and selective interior demolition to accommodate work of Phase 1. .5 Sitework including site clearing, cut and fill, roadways, parking lots, pedestrian walkways, water utilities, sanitary sewerage utilities, storm drainage utilities, site electrical distribution systems, site fire protection utilities. .6 Provisions for LEED and commissioning Future Work: This project may include a second phase (Phase 2). The costs for Phase 2 are not included in this tender and may be negotiated as a change order to this contract. Phase 2, if added, will include the balance of the work to complete the new addition and renovations to the existing building and will be defined at a later stage.
