The work site is located along Clifton Country Road in the Town of Clifton Park, New York. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications, including but not necessarily limited to the following: Landscaping improvements within the medians within Clifton Country Road. Complete electronic sets of the drawings, specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Town of Clifton Park, 1 Town Hall Plaza, Clifton Park, NY 12065, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contract Documents will be provided electronically on compact disc (CD) in PDF format and may be obtained by emailing a request to patodonnell@clifontpark.org. This is a lump sum bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or Conditional Bids
