Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of February 04, 2021, project has not been awarded. In General, the Work Shall Consist of Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Incidentals for Construction of the Following Work: First Stage Settling a (Building 17): Partial Demolition of (2) Access Buildings. Cyclone Degritting (Building 35): Remove Existing Building Skin and Structure From Second Floor and Up. Reskin Building and Provide New Roof at the Lower Elevation. Interior Modifications Including Mechanical Process, Hvac, and Electrical Related Work. Cu & Thermal Condition (Building 39): Demolition of the North Portion of the Building, South Portion of Building to Remain. Sludge Dewatering (Building 42): Demolition of Entire Building. Incineration (Building 44): Demolition of Entire Building. Incineration Auxiliary Building (Building 45): Demolition of Building While Reusing the North and West Basement Wall to Connect Two Existing Tunnels. New Access Building to Be Built on This Site. Steam Generation (Building 52): Demolition of Entire Building. Equipment Storage Building (Building 75): Temporary Relocation of Existing Gus Guardhouse to Building 75; and Upon Construction Completion, Return Back to Original Location. Old Pump House (Building 86): Demolition of Entire Building. Labor Storage Building (Building 88): Demolition of Entire Building. The Neorsd Will Not Be Responsible or Liable for Project Addenda That Are Not Received by the Bidder Due to Incorrect or Out-of-date Contact Information. The Neorsd Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities in the Bids Received. Bidders Shall Review the Instructions to Bidders and All Other Contract Documents Prior to Submitting a Bid for This Project. the Successful Bidder Also Must Comply With All the Provisions of (a) the Davis-bacon Act, (B) Contract Work Hours Standard Act, (C) the Copeland Act (Anti-kickback) and (D) Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. the Contract Will Be Subject to the Neorsd Policies and Goals Regarding the Use of Minority, Women, and Small Business Enterprises (Mbe/wbe/sbe). These Policies Are Contained in the Contract Specifications. The Mbe/wbe/sbe Goals for This Contract Are as Follows: Usepa Dbe Program: Mbe >= 1.3% Wbe >= 1.0% Neorsd Program: (Mbe + Wbe) >= 15% Neorsd Sbe Program: Sbe >= 5% The Engineer's Estimate for the Southerly Building Demolition is $19,800,000.00 All Questions Regarding the Contract Documents Shall Be Directed to the Project Manager for the Neorsd, Harry Shaposka at (216) 881-6600 X6459 or E-mail .
