Renovation of a medical facility in Vernon, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: anti-ligature ceiling hardening (corridor, day room, dining room and other common areas, bedroom, and toilet / shower room ceilings that have not been hardened), replacement of sprinkler heads to Raven institutional type, light fixtures, diffusers and grilles, doors and door hardware, and modifications to food preparation and dining rooms, toilet rooms, and showers for Buildings 511 and 512, 517, 518, 516, 536, 510 and 509 (in priority order).
