Questions must be submitted on or before 6/17/2019 4:00 PM The South Londonderry Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals for any reason and to waive any informality in any bid proposal. Within ten (10) days after the Contract has been awarded, the successful Bidder shall furnish to the Township, the Bonds and Insurance Certificates required by the Contract Documents, guaranteeing the performance of the Contract. This project is NOT subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) days after the date of Bid Opening.
