Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Bixby, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work shall include: 1. Modify the North Wastewater Treatment Plant 2. Remove and Dispose of Solids from the South Treatment Plant 3. Prepare South Treatment Plant for Construction of the New Water Reclamation Facility 4. Construct the New Water Reclamation Facility 5. Start up the New Water Reclamation Facility and decommission the North WWTP The project shall be completed days after the Notice to Proceed. All bids received shall be evaluated and forwarded to OWRB for their review and approval. Upon OWRB approval, Bixby Public Works shall award the bid to one responsive bidder at the next scheduled meeting. All bidders are required to hold their bid prices for sixty (60) days. NOTE: Funding for this project is being provided through the Oklahoma Water Resources Board, Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program. As such, there are requirements that shall apply and is explained in the Information to Bidders and Contract Documents. The sealed proposal of each bidder shall be accompanied by a Noncollusion Affidavit, Business Relationship Affidavit, Experience and Equipment Questionnaire and a Certified or Cashiers Check or Bidders Surety Bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid will be required from each bidder to be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects, or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary bonds within ten (10) days from and after the date the award is made. Bids received more than ninety-six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
