Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Snoqualmie, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool; for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; clubhouse / community center; and for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center.
This project will be to design and construct additions to the existing Community Center that will include, but not be limited to a swimming pool, locker rooms, multi-purpose spaces, meeting space, offices and support spaces and site improvement. The con- structi.on will be scheduled and phased to allow the existing facil-ity to remain occupied and oper-ational during construction. The design and construction budget for this project is approximately $24,900,000.
