Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Roseville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Project work includes storm sewer diversion, construction of an underground stormwater storage vault, and stormwater filtration vault. Specific work is as follows: 1. Mobilize labor, equipment, materials, and temporary facilities, including survey and other temporary controls. 2. Install safety measures, establish limits of construction, adjust the construction fencing, and protect all existing utilities and structures. 3. Install erosion control items. 4. Common excavation for storage vault, filtration system, and storm sewer. 5. Strip topsoil, remove goal post, place embankment over soccer field, place topsoil, restore vegetation (Bid Alternative 1). 6. Install CMP detention system. 7. Install filtration vault, pretreatment manhole, and valve. 8. Place embankment. 9. Haul excess excavated material offsite. 10. Install electric power access 11. Remove curb and gutter, pavement, pipe sewer. 12. Install storm sewer and drainage structures. 13. Repair pavement, curb and gutter, and trail. 14. Site Restoration 15. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 90 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Board.
