For an Aluminum Structural Plate Underpass Culvert (18'5" span x 16"11" rise x 75' length) and Prefab Aluminum Structural Plate Headwalls & Wing Walls- which meet the conditions and specifications on file with and available from the Woodcock Township Secretary. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by Woodcock Township and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract amount, payable to Woodcock Township. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any or all informalities therein, and to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, all in the best interest of the Township
