Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) will be seeking teams of Contractors and Consultants for an upcoming Design-Build project to replace approximately 100 bridges that are part of the Cabinet's Bridging Kentucky program. Bridges that will be included in this Design-Build project are concentrated primarily in Eastern and Southeastern Kentucky. If the Design Consultant(s) submitted does not meet all the required qualifications, KYTC may reject the DBT's SOQ. All sub-consultants and subcontractors utilized by the DBT on this project shall be pre-qualified to perform work for KYTC or their services shall not be allowed. Acceptable SOQ will require the project team to be prequalified in the specified areas by the SOQ due date as detailed in sections 5.1.1 and 5.1.2.
