Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lewes, Delaware. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,253-square-foot, one-story above grade service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
The Project work generally consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary in connection with the relocation of an existing fuel tank, construction of an eight-bay maintenance building and associated site work. Questions must be received by 1:00 p.m. local time, not later than six (6) business days prior to the bid opening date. The Authority has no obligation to answer any question received after the above-stated time. Questions and corresponding answers will be included as Contract Addenda and released to all subscribed parties. The goal for the participation of certified Disadvantaged, Minority and/or Women-owned Businesses ("M/W/DBEs") is five percent (5%) of the total value of the contract.
