Site work for a municipal facility in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Bidding questions may be directed to Dave Westbrook, Upper Sandusky. at (419) 294-3862. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal. a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. The Contractor must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Wyandot County and Upper Sandusky as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division. The right is reserved by the OWNER to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the lowest and best bid. No BIDDER may withdraw his BID for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of the bids.
