Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Additional Delivery Information - Services at the following address: MoDOT - St. Louis 12001 N. Forty Drive Town and County MO 63131 The Missouri Department of Transportation, St. Louis District is requesting bids to remove the existing three tab asphalt roof and install a new architectural asphalt roof at 12001 N. Forty Dr Town and County MO 63131. Work includes removal of existing shingles and discarding of all debris. Contractor is also responsible for final material quantities and must follow the specifications attached in the bid package as well as manufactures install requirements. The contractor will have 15 working days to complete the project once the NTP has been issued. Must also provide a one year labor warranty on all work performed.
