Additionally, all registered Bidders will be provided information for attending the meeting via an on-line meeting and conference call platform approximately twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled Pre-Bid Meeting. Procedures for submitting a Bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of Bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders. All rights are reserved to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or to award such contract as in its judgment is deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Project or Work consists of the construction of new and modified wastewater treatment facilities including solids screening, pre-dewatering facilities, thermal hydrolysis process and feed systems, anaerobic digesters, digester gas treatment systems, process steam systems, fats, oils, and grease receiving, and other related treatment plant facilities and upgrades. The Final Dewatering - Bid Package No. 9 entails the construction of modifications to the existing Final Dewatering Building including, but not limited to, the installation of new Belt Filter Presses, temporary biosolids dewatering systems, new Polymer Feed System and new Cake Conveyance to be constructed as part of the Project.
